Technically, multiple orgasms occur in succession, without complete loss of sexual
arousal. With proper training, men can actually experience multiple orgasms. Most men
mistakenly believe that being multi-orgasmic means being able to regain an erection as
soon as possible after ejaculation and then ejaculating again within some arbitrary period
of time. This is not being multi-orgasmic. The truly multi-orgasmic male does not
lose his erection between orgasms because he does not ejaculate. Multiple male orgasms
includes only orgasm, not ejaculation, except when ejaculation accompanies the last of many
orgasm.
Most men have somehow been led to believe that progressively increasing penile
stimulation is necessary to experience an orgasm. This is a myth. Have you ever had
a blow job where your partner was just teasing your cock and you were getting harder and
harder and the pleasure was so intense it was almost unbearable? If not, you should get
one. Reaching this point is where most men take things into their own hands finish it.
I believe this is the reason bondage is so popular. If your hands are cuffed to the bed posts,
you can't end it and you are forced to experience the ecstacy.
You need to develop the mindset that your goal is experiencing the pleasure, not just
shooting a load of cum. I call this "an erotic mindset". Very little stimulation, and in some cases, no stimulation at
all is required to experience intense pleasure. Intense stimulation is actually counter
productive. My Saturday afternoons and evening are always reserved for sexual pleasure.
During the week it is difficult to find more than an hour a day for sex, but I know the
weekend is going to be my time for immense pleasure.
You need to view erotic stimulation as a source of pleasure and not a tedious
requirement to get to ejaculation. Instead, it is a delightful option that when used
sparingly will send you into ecstacy over and over again and again. As difficult as
that may be to believe, when you begin practicing orgasmic control, you will discover
that the true secret to enjoying hours of continuous waves of orgasmic intensity is
not based on simple stimulation.
Physical stimulation is not the only source of erotic enjoyment, in fact, increasing
stimulation more and more in the pursuit of orgasms may actually lessen the ultimate
intensity and duration! Paradoxically, persistently increasing stimulation will
prevent the most intensely enjoyable and fulfilling orgasms. Making ejaculation the
goal in having sex or masturbating is a source of frustration and disappointment. If
you don't believe me, you are already the victim of this erroneous mindset and doomed
to a life of "Is that all there is?"
Even if you are currently not multi-orgasmic, at some level of consciousness, you
already know that straining for orgasmic satisfaction with intense matubatory
stimulation is not as pleasureable and satisfying as arriving at the point of no
return in a physically relaxed state. Which is a better orgasm, the one you can't
hold back or the one you force upon yourself?
I am a strong believer in decision therapy. If you decide that you want to experience
the pleasure leading up to ejaculation, you will be able to do it. It is similar to the
visualization technique that athletes use. When you visualize yourself having multiple
orgasms, it becomes your goal and you will achieve it. Decide right now that orgasmic
pleasure is your goal and that ejaculation is merely a necessary inevitability.
I cannot emphasise enough that orgasm and ejaculation are seperate events. Ejaculation
is immediately preceded by orgasm and it is easy to confuse the source of the pleasure.
The pleasure comes from the orgasm, not the ejaculation. This is important to understand.
When ejaculation occurs, it is a reflex action. It's a process that involves
automatic contractions of the male prostate gland to expel the seminal fluid. The
entire process is explained fully below. Orgasm is an energetic process. It's a rush
of intensely pleasurable feelings. The fact that orgasm and ejaculation usually occur
at nearly the same time is what has led to the confusion. It's what has led most of
us to believe that they are one and the same.
The sexual arousal cycle involves several phases. During the "Excitement Phase", you
would experience Vasocongestion (the increase of blood concentration in body tissues
that occurs during sexual arousal), an erection (caused by vasocongestion), increased
heart rate, tumescence of the testicles, elevation of the testicles, and nipple erection.
The "Plateau Phase" is indicated by further increase in penis tip size and an increase
in testicle size. There is full testicular elevation, and in some cases the corona of the
penis becomes purple. The Cowper’s gland begins secretions of pre-cum and there is some
hyperventilation.
The "Orgasmic Phase" consists of emission & ejaculation. During emission, sperm and
testicle fluid are expelled from the vas deferens, seminal vesicles, and prostate gland,
causing the seminal fluid fluid to collect at the base of the urethral bulb near the
prostate. At this point, myotonia (a muscular rigidity just before the release tension
occurs) sets in and the blood pressure and respiratory rate increase further. This is
the verge of "ejaculatory inevitability" (point of no return).
At the point of ejaculatory inevitability, there is an awareness of imminent
ejaculation and the bladder sphincter closes tightly, rhythmic contractions of the
prostate, perinial muscles, and penile shaft propel semen outward.
The final phase is the "resolution phase". At this point the erection is lost, the
testicles descend, and scrotum thins (hangs low). A reversal in myotonia and
vasocongestion ocurrs and the heart rate declines and the blood pressure is lowered.
At a point near ejaculation or "the point of no return", a man will experience a
series of genital contractions lasting three to five seconds. These contractions are
"pelvic orgasms" and at first feel like a "fluttering" or mild release of pressure.
Once identified and controlled, these sensations will become progressively more
intense. When approaching "the point of no return" the goal is exercise control so that
you can experience the sensations of the pelvic orgasms and not to cross over into
ejaculation. By decreasing the stimulation just long enough to gain control over
the arousal, the ejaculation can be prevented by squeezing the PC muscles. Learning
to control the PC muscles is essential to achieving sexual stamina.
The plateau stage is a heightened state of arousal which will eventually lead to
orgasm if stimulation is allowed to continue. In a typical singular orgasm including
ejaculation, the plateau phase is reached and passed quickly as the orgasm subsides
and ejaculation occurs. In a multi-orgasm encounter, the plateau phase is reached and
sustained after the initial orgasm until the next orgasm. Each of the successive
orgasms are stronger than the previous ones. After several orgasms it may be decided
not to ejaculate at all. In which case, the arousal declines over time instead of
declining quickly after ejaculation.
The key to understanding how to have multiple orgasms is to understand that orgasm and
ejaculation are distinctly different events. You can learn to distinguish and separate
them, although most men have always accepted orgasm and ejaculation as one in the same
because they happen in such rapid succession. Actually, orgasm begins slightly before
ejaculation and tapers off during the ejaculation.
The next step to multi orgasm is training yourself to separate orgasm and ejaculation.
This ability involves the pubococcygeal muscle, also known as the PC muscle, or the
pelvic floor muscle.
First, take a couple of tests to see how bad things are. The first test takes place in
the bathroom next time you have to pee. After you begin to pee, see how well you can
stop the flow. Do it several times. If you can completely stop the flow, that is a
good indication. If you can't stop the flow, the situation is serious and you
should begin exercising immediately. If you don't, things will only get worse. Much worse.
When you try to cut off your urine stream, you are contracting the anterior or frontal
part of the PC figure eight. Now squeeze your muscles as if you were trying to prevent
yourself from farting. When you tighten the anus, you are exercising the posterior
part of the PC loop. It is rare that the posterior PC muscle need exercise. The PC
muscle is responsible for the health of the pelvic floor, urinary incontinence, and your
orgasmic contractions, among other things. You need to keep this muscle in shape
in order to get the maximum pleasure from your sexual experiences and become multi-orgasmic.
On the other hand, some men can control their PC muscle so well they can bring
themselves to orgasm without any penile stimulation at all.
The next test is the erection test. While standing, with an erection, squeeze your PC
muscle and make your penis jump. If you have a healthy PC muscle, you should go from straight
out to straight up. A healty PC Muscle will make the tip of your penis
touch your abdomen. The closer you come to touching your abdomen, the healthier
your PC muscle is. However perky your pecker is, it won't get any perkier without
exercise. Whether you want to start exercising your PC depends on how important sex
is to you.
Exercising the PC muscle regularly will enable you to prolong the duration of your
sex acts by experiencing multiple orgasms and delaying ejaculation. Although this sounds
similar to the masturbatory practice of "edging", edging is typically more involved with
controlling the level of stimulation and learning where is "the point of no return" rather
than using the PC muscle to control ejaculation.
Using your PC muscle to control your orgasms will make your orgasms much more intense.
Guys with healthy PC muscles can actually hang a towel over their erections and raise
and lower their penises at will. Try that a few times and your lover will be begging
for action. Try it at the baths and you'll draw a crowd and take your pick or take
them all.
I am not sold on the importance of breathing, but try it and decide for yourself. Some
men consider it necessary. Sit in a comfortable position relaxing the shoulders. Place
your hands on your abdomen (below the belly button), and inhale deeply. Breathw deeply
through your nose. Exhale. The pelvis and testicles may feel as if they are pulling up
slightly. Repeat this exercise 10, 20, or 30 times.
Having multiple orgasms as a male is pretty remarkable, but it will take a great deal
of preparation. It’s essential to become intimately familiar with the PC muscle in
order to learn to control it. Controlling your PC muscle comes from strengthening it
through regular exercise. In strenthening your PC muscle through exercise, you also
learn to control it. You can do these exercises almost anywhere and without anyone
knowing what you are doing.
Just like exercising your biceps will give you better definition and more strength,
the PC muscle can help you strengthen and better define your erections and orgasms.
Unfortunately, the same discipline and dedication is required.
Stopping your urine midstream can help you figure out when you're activating your PC muscle.
To actually locate the muscle, place your hand on the perineum, just behind
your balls. The perimeum is the area between the anus and balls. Now activate the
muscle and see if you can locate it. Hopefully, it is healthy enough for you to find
it right away. If not, find a wedge shaped object that is about 5 inches
long, about 2 inches tall at one end and about 3 inches tall at the other end. While
sitting upright on a chair with a firm seat, push the wedge as far as you can betwen
your legs. Now activate you PC muscle and you should feel it pressing against the
wedge. Keep activating the PC muscle until you are able to locate it. If you still
can't find it, never mind, go directly to the exercises because you need them bad.
If you can't find it, stick a finger in your ass and try contracting your PC muscle.
You will know that you are activating the PC muscle because your finger will feel the
pressure of your anus contracting. Try to keep your other thighs, back, and abdominal
muscles relaxed and use your other hand to feel the muscle contracting.
Remember, the stronger your PC muscle is, the more enjoyable sex will be, because you
will be able to control when you ejaculate and you will be able to experience the
ecstacy of orgasm over and over before you have a powerful ejaculation. Therefore, it
is in your own best interest to strengthen your PC muscle through constant exercise.
If you perform these exercises during sex, you will heighten your own sexual
responsiveness and increases your partners stimulation. When a man squeezes his
PC muscle, many women report feeling their g-spot being stimulated and gay
bottoms report ecstatic prostate stimulation. Imagine your penis going up and down
inside your sex partner and rubbing against their hot spot.
Having a strong PC muscle will enable you to experience a whole new level of ecstacy
when making love with your partner. Imagine having the ability to actually make your
erections ROCK HARD, and then keep from ejaculating by simply flexing your PC muscle
so that it cut's off the ejaculatory canal. The stronger your PC muscle, the more
control you have over your pleasure.
There are many different exercises and routines. We will give you several and you
can try them all and pick what seems to work best for you
WARM UP
Start out by flexing and unflexing at a steady pace for a good 30 flexes. At the end
of the set, rest for 30 seconds, then continue with 2 more sets, resting for 30
seconds between each set. This warm up should give you better control over your PC
muscle because of an increased blood flow.
PC CLAMPS
Squeeze and release your PC muscle over and over again. Start with sets of 30, and
build up to a set of 100 or more. Your PC heals quite fast and you will find
yourself waking up with ROCK HARD erections! Over the course of the day you do a
minimum of 300 PC Clamps the rest of your life. 300 clamps per day wouldn't take
more than 10 minutes in a day and you know it's not strenuous exercise, so the most
difficult part of it is remembering to do it each day while you are busy at work,
riding the exercise bicyle at the gym, or while you are watching TV in the evening.
If you have to, set an alarm to remind yourself to exercise. You can do it anywhere
and nobody will know unless you get a raging hard-on. You will notice the payoff
soon. It is well worth the small effort to improve your sexual stamina and pleasure.
Remember you want an erection so powerful you can lift a towel, don't you? You want
to be able to shoot your load across the room don't you? You want to be able to
do parlor tricks don't you?
PC STAIR STEP WORKOUT
This exercise is slightly more advanced, but you should be able to do it in no time.
It is simply tightening and loosening your PC muscle in increments. Begin to tighten
your PC, hold it for a few seconds, then tighten it a little more. Hold it for a few
seconds, then tighten the PC muscle a little more. Hold it for a few more seconds
and then tighten the PC muscle all that you possibly can and hold it. Hold it for
20 seconds, then untighten just a little bit. Hold it a few seconds, then untighten
a little bit more and hold it again. Finally release all the way. Do 5 sets with
no rest between sets.
PC TREMBLE
Begin to tighten your PC muscle VERY slowly. SO slow in fact that it should take 5
minutes to complete. At some point you will feel that you can no longer tighten your
PC but KEEP GOING! Go beyond where you think you can go. Reach for new limits. Keep
tightening until your PC begins to tremble. Hold VERY TIGHTLY at that point and
breathe very slowly and deeply for 30 seconds. At the end of 30 seconds tighten
your PC even more, continually trying to gain new ground. When the burning becomes
overbearing finally release and immediately do 20 PC clamps. You may find yourself
exhausted after this exercise. Do one set every day at the end of your last workout
of the day.
I have a couple of tens units (electro-stimulators) that I got when I had a frozen
rotator cuff (the socket in your shoulder). By putting an electrode on the inner thigh
of each leg, in the area of the PC Muscle, you can exercise without concentrating. You
have to experiment a little to find the exact locations for placing the electrodes and
and proper frequency, ramp rate, etc. There have been a couple of times that I put them
in the wrong (or right depending upon your view) and ejaculated.
Begin experimenting controlling you ejaculations at first (while masturbating). Stop just before you
reach the point of no return (the point where you would ejaculate). Contract (squeeze)
and hold your PC muscle for a count of ten. Allow yourself relax and take a few minutes
break. Begin masturbating again, this time bringing yourself just a bit closer to the
point of no return, again contracting your PC muscle. Continue masturbating while
paying very special attention to your own state of arousal. The key is to learn
about your sexual response so that you will be more in control of it.
Stop"right" before ejaculation, then continue masturbating, except this time, keep
going until you reach orgasm. Right as you orgasm you should notice several
contractions that signal the beginning of ejaculation in the base of your penis and
perhaps even deeper inside your pelvis. As these contractions begin or preferably
just before (but still during the orgasm), stop all stimulation to the penis and
squeeze the PC muscle tight. You'll probably feel yourself trying to ejaculate, but
hold it back! Squeezing your PC muscle effectively shuts off your ejaculation, if
you are successful, and erases the refractory period.
A small amount semen may seep out, but not with any of the force you might normally
experience during an unrestrained singular orgasm. If you were able to hold off
ejaculating after your orgasm, start masturbating again now. It should feel as
though you are still very aroused, not like you just ejaculated. You should be able to
continue for a short time until you repeat the process and have another orgasm.
If you were unable to keep from ejaculating the first time, either your PC muscle
isn't strong enough yet or you are not in tune with your body and squeezed it at the
wrong time. If you begin squeezing too late after the ejaculatory contractions have
already begun, it is nearly impossible to shut stop the process completely. With
practice you will learn the sensations and learn the timing.
The biggest obstacle most men report when trying to become multi-orgasmic is failure
to squeeze their PC muscle sufficiently during orgasm to ward off ejaculation. You
may feel some contractions, but do not stop squeezing at this point because a few
ejaculatory contractions are likely even if you are successful in eventually stopping
them. If you are successful, the contractions will stop before you ejaculate and
you should be able to resume stimulation without a loss of sensitivity, as would be
present during the refractory period after ejaculation.
Another common problem many men may report with these techniques is failing to
determine exactly where the boundary between orgasm and ejaculation is. If you cannot
determine the difference between orgasm and ejaculation, a key to becoming
multi-orgasmic, you can only succeed by accident and not intentionally.
Some men may try to stimulate themselves very quickly and rigorously, and this is
not the best way to become aware of your personal level of sexual awareness. Taking
the stimulation slower rather than faster will allow you to discover your personal
boundaries between arousal, plateau, and orgasm more easily. With these discoveries
you will have a much greater chance of learning when to squeeze your PC muscle,
when to stop stimulation, and when to relax your PC muscle and resume stimulation
to experience another orgasm.
Pelvic pressure after arousal. Pressure in the pelvic area is a natural result of
increased blood flow into the genital area. If the level of this pressure is
uncomfortable, it will be helpful to breathe deeply, elevate the lower extremities
and massage the perineum and testicles lightly. This will help the body assimilate the
energy from the testicles to the rest of the body. It would be best also to stay in a
reclined position for 5 - 10 minutes.
Some men may wonder if age can have any effect on the chances of success in becoming
multi-orgasmic. There's no reason why sexually mature men of all ages shouldn't see
the same high rate of success, assuming they are sexually active and have an erotic
mindset.
If you have no trouble reaching singular orgasms either by yourself or with a partner,
then learning how to become multi-orgasmic may only be a matter of patience,
determination, and effort. If you do have trouble having singular orgasms or opening
up sexually with yourself and your partner, however, then perhaps there are other
issues that you need to deal with before multiple orgasms will be a possibility for
you. This guide is not prepared to address any problems with orgasms beyond the
relatively simple matters discussed in this section. If you are experiencing more s
erious problems, please consider consulting your healthcare provider or a therapist.
They should be able to provide you with the professional advice that we are not
equipped to handle.
The concept of being a multi-orgasmic male is not new at all. Ancient Chinese
philosophers called Taoists, have known about this and many other profound sexual
concepts and practices thousands of years ago. Many of these sexual secrets remain
surprisingly unknown, even now in the age of sexual awareness and liberation.
Despite the fact that during the 1940s and 1950s several sex researchers in the West
studied and confirmed the ability of males to experience multiple orgasms. Even at
present, the amount of sexual ignorance, misdirection, and confusion is astonishing.
Your ability to have multiple orgasms depends greatly on your mindset, your
awareness of your own sexual experiences, and the strength and control of your PC
muscle among many other factors. As with all noteworthy achievements, this is not
something that can necessarily be accomplished all at once. While reading this
guide and having multiple orgasms in one night is certainly possible, you should
understand that it could take several weeks or even months before you succeed. Your
results will depend on your own personal effort and determination.
