There are actually a pair of M-spots on the male body. Unlike the G-spot on females, which you stimulate from inside the vagina, the M-Spot is stimulated them from outside the body.

The M-spots are not easy to find, and you need to already be somewhat sexually aroused to experience them. Being ticklish may enhance the sensation.

  • Get naked
  • Stand up and put your hands on your hips.
  • Your hands should now be resting on your pelvic bone.
  • Explore the area where the tips of your fingers are.
  • If you have big hands or a small waist, your fingertips are probably on both M-spots. If not, move your hands towards the front of you until you find the edge of the pelvic bone.
  • Now reach around that ridge of bone, pressing in on the sides of your abdomen. Dig in with your fingertips.
  • That's it! They are right on the edge of the pelvic bone. If you have difficulty finding the area, relax your stomach muscles completely. Try sitting down if you think it will help you relax. Dig your fingertips on the insides of it, not off the top of it. Your fingertips should be somewhere just below and to the sides of your belly-button.

How do muscles in this area of the body produce an erotic sensation? As I am not a medical doctor or professor of anatomy I no expert, but there are eight muscles attached to the pelvis, including the levator ani which is the anterior portion of PC muscle. These muscles variously are connected to, support, and/or control functions of the bladder, sphincter, anus, rectum, prostrate, urethra, and external genitalia. It is not surpising that stimulating this portion of the PC muscle would result in intense erotic pleasure. It is similar to, but more intense than, stimulating the PC muscle in the area of the perinium (the area between the balls and the anus).

Because these muscles show great individual variation in structure, the muscles are described differently by different authors and these descriptions may differ substantially from a dissected specimen.

It may be easier to find the M-spot if your partner does the searching. If you look for the spots yourself, you may be pressing right on them and not know it. Trying to find the spots on yourself can be like trying to tickle yourself -- it doesn't work very well.

So get naked with your partner, do some normal foreplay for a while, and get to where you are really ready for sex. Then have your partner stand behind you, and have him put his hands on your hips, as if he were you, then proceed as above. If he pushes and pokes around in that area long enough, he is sure to find the spots eventually. He might end up just tickling you to death, but if he tickles you, he is not pressing hard enough.

When he does find your M-spots, you will KNOW IT. You will feel a fire light up inside you. It is VERY intense. At first, you may not be able to tolerate it for very long.
